Per night, based on 10 adults (inclusive of GST) NZ $1,100.00

Extra person rate: $NZ 120.00 Two Stories is licensed for up to 13 people.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Smoking policy

No smoking inside the house. There are designated smoking areas outside.

Noise policy

Two Stories sits in a quiet neighbour hood, enjoy out door areas between 7am and 10pm.

Pet Policy

NO pets are permitted on the property.

Deposits Policy

In order to secure your reservation, we require a 25% deposit. Full balance payment paid on arrival.

Cancellation/Change Policy

Two Stories Guest house is a small holiday retreat, late cancellations have a significant impact. If a reservation is cancelled the following applies;

Deposit refunds are paid in full up to 60 days prior to arrival.
For notice of cancellations of less than 60 days, a full refund may be given if another booking can be secured over the same period.

We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover cancellations in unfortunate circumstances.
